PCBN blanks

PCBN blanks
Description

We are a high-tech company specializing in R&D and manufacture of PCBN and PCD cutting tools. With a professional R&D team, advanced manufacture and inspection equipment and QC system, we are proud to provide our customers with a line of products that is most comprehensive and complete in China.

Increased productivity can be achieved with PCBN cutting tools through:
1. Higher cutting speed.
2. Higher feed rate.
3. Longer tool life.
4. Less machine downtime.

Our PCBN blanks are extensively used for the machining of cast irons, hardened steels, powder metallurgy steels and Ni-Co heat-resistant alloys. By using the most advanced technology of synthesis and inspection, our newly developed products enjoys evener distribution of CBN as well as better and steadier performance of heat resistance, making it possible to be applied in EDM (electrical discharge machining).
