Guilin Tebon Superhard Material Co., Ltd. was established in 2000 and located at Guilin, an international tourist destination famous for its beautiful landscape scenery. Tebon used to be the testing filed of CNMC Guilin Research Institute of Geology for Mineral Resources, now it’s become a high-tech company that focuses on researching and developing, manufacturing, testing and distributing super hard materials and products. With over decades of years’ growth, Tebon is now one of the most important companies in the industry.
Product Range
We are an industry-leading manufacturer and supplier of diamond wires, laser welded diamond blades, core drill bits, diamond drill bits, electroplated diamond tool, CBN blanks, PCD, diamond wire saws, etc. Our major products cover:
(1) Diamond wires, which were first developed, manufactured and launched by us in China, now include various sizes and different specifications that are applicable to a variety of purposes like stone mining, shaping and profiling, concrete sawing, etc.
(2) Laser welded diamond blades, drill bits and cup wheels are used for sawing, drilling and grinding concrete and stones. We have manufactured a number of high-performance laser welded products to meet the demands of professional construction practice, and our products are strongly competitive in the international market.
(3) Diamond drill bits are primarily designed for geological exploration of solid minerals. We enjoy strong competitive edge in drill bits for metal ore exploration and engineering construction.
(4) Electroplated diamond tools are extensively applied to processing jewelry, crystals, ceramics, glass, carbide and other materials. CBN blanks, major materials for efficient, precise and green machining tools, are used to manufacture metallic materials and tools with high cutting speed and high hardness.
R&D
Covering an area of more than 50 acres, we have built a 10000-square-meter modern manufacturing facility with top equipment, advanced technology and supreme testing technique.
Besides, we have a well-educated and -experienced R&D team that consists of 4 professors, 5 senior engineers, 15 engineers and a number of assistant engineers. More than 40% of our employees are college graduates.
Additionally, with heavy investment in R&D of new technologies and products as well as technological support of CNMC Guilin Research Institute of Geology for Mineral Resources as well as China National Special Mineral Material Research and Engineering Center, our products can always keep up with market demands and lead the industry.

Currently, we have obtained 38 provincial awards, 10 national utility model patents, 1 national invention patent, and we are also certified by the provincial science and technology section as a hi-tech enterprise and a provincial scientific and technological innovation unit.
